FAQ 1. How do I pay for the cruise and the meal? You can pay for your ticket either in cash or using a debit/credit card (a single transaction) at one of our ticket offices or at the desk on board the boat. You will need to pay for your food on board the boat at the end of the meal (a single transaction). 2. Is food available on your cruises? We offer catering on all our cruises marked with this sign S. There is a special meal offer for groups available from our Groups department. Please also note that our caterer can adapt meals if there are any special dietary requirements. 3. How will ourgroup be seated on a gourmet cruise? The head of department prepares his or her seating plan a few hours before the boat sails, so we are unable to give details in advance. Depending upon the number of people, several tables may be required in order to accommodate your group, although you will all be seated in the same area. 4. Do we need to book a if we want a cruise without a meal? You need to get in touch with our Groups department to let our crews know that your group will be coming aboard. However, please note that advance notice of a group does not guarantee that there will be seats available. In order to guarantee your comfort during the cruise, we advise you to arrive at least 20 minutes before the boat sails. 5. Is it possible to buy a ticket combining both the train and the boat? Yes, these tickets can be purchased at the Lausanne and Geneva Mont-Blanc ticket offices, and also at all CFF railway stations in Switzerland.
