At its Ouchy site, CGN has infrastructure ideally situated right next to Lake Geneva .
The dockyard is unique in terms of geographical location, technical fittings and staff, providing all services associated with careening, ongoing maintenance and the construction of pleasure or service craft.
In particular, it has a 78 m long covered dry dock that can be used for the construction of floating machines or the maintenance of vessels of all sizes in use on the lake.
The dry dock enables all welding and painting activities to be carried out under perfect temperature and hygrometry conditions. All necessary fluids, water, compressed air and electricity are provided. The covered dry dock also contains two 10-tonne travelling cranes.
Repairs, maintenance and winter storage of customer units can be carried out at competitive prices using CGN's equipment and its staff specialised in naval repairs.
Careening work can also be carried out on the floating dock, which has a lift capacity of 720 tonnes. Launching can be carried out in less than three hours, under ideal security conditions. CGN makes its facilities available to dockyards on Lake Geneva and private individuals, and can also carry out the following technical tasks:
The CGN dockyard has a private port and more than 2,000 m 2 of covered storage areas, permitting any type of vessel up to 25 m in length to be landed and stored. The facilities are secured and monitored 24 hours a day.
