1. Is food available on your cruises?
We offer catering on all our cruises marked with an . Take advantage of a special meal offer for groups by contacting our Groups department. Please contact us at least 15 days before the date of the cruise so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. Please also note that our caterer can adapt meals if there are any special dietary requirements.
2. Do we need to book if we want a cruise without a meal?
Please contact our Groups department so we may inform our crews that your group will be boarding the boat. However, please note that advance notice of a group does not guarantee that there will be seats available. To ensure you will travel comfortably during the cruise, we advise you arrive at least 20 minutes before the boat departs.
3. How do I pay for the cruise and the meal?
You can pay for your cruise ticket either in cash or by a debit/credit card (a single transaction) at one of our ticket offices or directly on the boat. You will need to pay for your food on board at the end of the meal (a single transaction).
4. Is it possible to buy a ticket combining both train and boat?
