1. Is the Covid certificate mandatory?
Yes, the Covid certificate is mandatory for a reservation of a group cruise with catering. It must be presented at embarkation with a valid form of identification. The organiser is responsible for checking the Covid certificates of all its guests.
2. Is food available on your cruises?
We offer catering on all our cruises marked with an . Take advantage of a special meal offer for groups by contacting our Groups department. Please also note that our caterer can adapt meals if there are any special dietary requirements.
3. Do we need to book if we want a cruise without a meal?
Please contact our Groups department so we may inform our crews that your group will be boarding the boat. However, please note that advance notice of a group does not guarantee that there will be seats available. To ensure you will travel comfortably during the cruise, we advise you arrive at least 20 minutes before the boat departs.
4. How do I pay for the cruise and the meal?
You can pay for your cruise ticket either in cash or by a debit/credit card (a single transaction) at one of our ticket offices or directly on the boat. You will need to pay for your food on board at the end of the meal (a single transaction).
5. With which venues do you have admission discounts?
We have partnerships with the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Musée Cantonal des Beaux-Arts in Lausanne, Aquatis in Lausanne, Alimentarium in Vevey (compulsory school only), Chillon Castle, Swiss Vapeur Parc in Bouveret, Jardin des Cinq Sens in Yvoire (F), Chaplin's World in Corsier-sur-Vevey, Palais Lumière in Evian (F), Musée du Léman in Nyon and the Chemin de fer-Musée du Blonay-Chamby in Blonay.
