1. Is it possible to buy a ticket combining both train and boat?

Yes, these tickets can be purchased at the Lausanne and Geneva Mont-Blanc ticket offices, and at all CFF railway stations in Switzerland.

 

2. Do we need to book if we want a cruise without a meal?

Please contact our Groups department so we may inform our crews that your group will be boarding the boat. However, please note that advance notice of a group does not guarantee that there will be seats available. To ensure you will travel comfortably during the cruise, we advise you arrive at least 20 minutes before the boat departs.

 

3. Is food available on your cruises?

We offer catering on all our cruises marked with an . You can take advantage of a special meal offer for groups by contacting our Groups department. Please also note that our caterer can adapt meals if there are any special dietary requirements.

 

4. How do I pay for the cruise and the meal?

You can pay for your cruise ticket either in cash or by a debit/credit card (a single transaction) at one of our ticket offices or directly on the boat. You will need to pay for your food on board at the end of the meal (a single transaction).
